The Salesforce Tower Conference Center is made of up three conference rooms - I, II, and III. All reservations can be made through the Prism online maintenance portal:
- Room I - host 8 max occupants with a standard conference style seating; contains a 55" flat screen with HDMI connection for presentations.
- Room II accommodates 35 max occupants.
- Room III accommodates 45 max occupants.
- Rooms II & III accommodates 80 max occupants.
All rooms have Wi-Fi access. The username and password information is posted above the light switch in each room.
Polycoms are available for use and can be checked out from the Property Management Office. Please be sure to include your request for a Polycom within your Prism reservation.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM*
For any reservations outside of the standard Hours of Operation, the reservation must be approved by Property Management in advance.
Conference Center Rates
Room I – 8 occupants
- Half day/4 hours* - $60.00
- Full day/ 9 hours - $120.00
- There is a minimum charge of 4 hours per reservation
Room II – 35 occupants
- Half day/4 hours* - $100.00
- Full day/9 hours - $200.00
- There is a minimum charge of 4 hours per reservation
Room III – 45 occupants
- Half day/4 hours* - $125.00
- Full day/9 hours - $250.00
- There is a minimum charge of 4 hours per reservation
Room II & III combined – 80 occupants
- Half day or 4 hours* - $200.00
- Full day/9 hours - $400.00
- There is a minimum charge of 4 hours per reservation
*Please do not exceed your reservation time. Should you exceed your half day reservation beyond 30 minutes, the full day rate will apply.

Reservations for any of the conference rooms can be booked up to six (6) months in advance.
As a reminder, when booking a reservation please be sure to include all pertinent information about your reservation (in the reservation notes section) including:
- Caterer and caterer's Certificate of Insurance, if food is being catered.
- Specify the type of event that you are wanting to conduct in the conference center (i.e. meeting, training, etc.).
- Tenants needing setup style outside of the approved seating options will be responsible for setting up the room.
- Reservation time should include your set up time.
- The use of any signage outside of the conference center must be approved no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. Please submit all signage proofs to the concierge.
Cancellation Fees
Due to the high demand for the conference center and recent events, reservations that are no longer needed must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled after the 48-hour window will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. If the reservation is not cancelled and the room is not used on the day of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation rate will be charged. Please be courteous to cancel or reschedule events through Prism, the work order system, in a timely manner.
After-Hours Conference Reservations
Reservations after 6:00 PM will incur additional charges for after-hours HVAC (if required) for $50/hr and a flat rate cleaning fee for $125. If after-hours HVAC is required for your reservations, please submit a work order in Prism to schedule the additional HVAC.
