Monthly parking is available to all tenants of Salesforce Tower. A building and parking access card request form must be completed by all monthly parkers and submitted in Prism. This form can also be found in the Resource Center in Prism. Access to the parking deck for both tenants and guests is on Oak Valley Road. The parking deck levels are numbered P4 through P12 and convenient spaces are reserved for visitor parking. Monthly Rates:

• Non-Reserved: $85/month
• Reserved: $135/month

Validations
Validations are available for purchase in increments of $4, $6, $9, $12, $15 and $18. They may be purchased by filling out and submitting the Validation Order Form in Prism. Tenants also have the option to utilize Web Validations by contacting Universal Parking & Transportation to set up an account. Tenants using the Web Validation System will receive a monthly invoice based on actual usage.

Visitor Parking
Designated spaces for visitor parking are convenient to the main lobby and clearly marked. To locate visitor parking, make a right after entering the deck and the spaces are located on the first ramp. Please remind your staff not to use these spaces for daily parking and remind your visitors of the 2-hour time limit.

Overnight Parking
Tenants who choose to leave their vehicles overnight or for an extended period of time (out of town trips) must submit an Overnight Parking Form in Prism no later than 3:00pm the day of their departure.

Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is located on level P10 near the elevators. As a reminder, do not park in these spaces unless you have a valid handicapped license/tag.

Parking Guidelines & Reminders
For everyone's safety and proper use of the Salesforce Tower parking deck, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Notify Property Management if you observe any hazards in the parking areas.
2. Remember to always lock your vehicle and remove any valuables including cellular phones. The property's Owner/Manager are not responsible for any damages to or theft from your vehicle.
3. Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians.
4. Please observe all directional, speed limit and stop signs throughout the parking deck.
5. Do not park illegally or in fire lanes. Cars parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
6. Vehicle storage is NOT permitted.
7. Overnight parking is not normally permitted. Please notify Property Management via the Overnight Parking form if it is necessary to park your car overnight.
8. Trailers and towed vehicles are not permitted.
9. Handicapped spaces are reserved for disabled persons only. Cars illegally parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
10. All vehicles must be parked in designated stalls and may occupy only one space.
