Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Tenants are encouraged to utilize Prism - the property's online user-friendly work order system. Prism should be used to submit routine maintenance (hot, cold, lights out, etc), parking, access cards, cleaning, and other types of property related requests. Your Company Administrator(s) is assigned a system username and password to submit and monitor the status of service requests in the Tenant Services Portal.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Requests for after-hours HVAC should be submitted through the Prism maintenance portal at least 24 hours in advance of required after-hours air. Your company will be billed accordingly each month. See Lease for per hour rate.

Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: Salesforce Tower Conference Center is made of up three conference rooms - I, II, and III. All reservations can be made through the Prism online maintenance portal.

  • Room I - host 8 max occupants with a standard conference style seating; contains a 55" flat screen with HDMI connection for presentations.
  • Room II accommodates 35 max occupants.
  • Room III accommodates 45 max occupants.
  • Rooms II & III accommodates 80 max occupants.

Q: How do I request an access card for the building and/or parking?
A: Access card requests should be submitted through Prism, along with the Building and Parking Access Card Form for each employee. When requesting a replacement card for a lost or damaged card, the Building and Parking Access Card Form is also required. All access cards will be delivered to your suite by a member of our security team.

Q: Is there a cost for access cards?
A: The cost per access card is $9 for all new, lost, or damaged access cards. The charges associated with access cards will be billed on your company’s monthly rent statement.

Q: Can I order access cards for my office to keep on hand?
A: Boxes of access cards can be ordered directly from Datawatch, the building’s access control vendor, should you wish to keep spare access cards on hand in your office. All orders should be submitted to mycs@datawatchsystems.com with the following information:

Should you order access cards yourself please notify Universal Parking & Transportation once you have been given the range number of the ordered cards (Example: 19001-19049). This is a vital step to have cards authorized to park and Pinnacle has to add each card into their system to be integrated with Datawatch.

Q: Where can I park?
A:
The parking deck is adjacent to Salesforce Tower with convenient access on Oak Valley Road. Monthly parking is available to all tenants. A building and parking access card request form must be completed. Q: Where can I smoke?
A: In compliance with State Law, smoking is prohibited inside the building. For the convenience of building employees who smoke, designated smoking areas are located on parking levels P8 & P9 on the east side of the deck. Ash urns, seating, fans, and heat are provided in these areas.

As a courtesy to non-smokers and all guests to our building, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Please use designated smoking areas and refrain from smoking at building entryways or in stairwells.
    • Please use the smoking urns provide for disposal of ashes and cigarette butts.
    • Do not discard of cigarette waste on walkways, planters or building landscaping.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters are not permitted on the property or within your Premises.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Coffee makers and other break room appliances are permitted within your Premises for use. All appliances should be used inside of your break room.

Q: How do I request additional office space?
A: Please contact our Leasing Team for information regarding additional space.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Information pending.
