Loading Dock Security / Operations and Deliveries

The loading dock is located on Oak Valley Road and the operating hours are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The loading dock is manned by security personnel during this time. The Dock Master will verify paperwork (delivery ticket, bill of lading, etc.) prior to granting freight and/or building access.
- Contractors/vendors/movers must sign in and out with Security at the loading dock (during business hours) or at the console (after-hours). To obtain a temporary building access badge, a valid work I.D. or driver's license is required.
- Routine, small business deliveries may be made during the dock operating hours. Large deliveries (large size or large quantity) are to be coordinated 24 - 48 hours in advance through Property Management.
- After-hours dock activity (moves, material deliveries, etc) is coordinated by Property Management and must be scheduled after 6:00 PM, Monday -- Friday, or on the weekends. The freight elevator is reserved on first-come, first-served basis.
- Any contractor/vendor/mover performing physical work or providing a service on premises must have a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file with Property Management and shall be responsible for all accidental damage to the building.
- Long-term parking of personal vehicles is NOT allowed at the loading dock. Construction or vendors working onsite should be directed to the parking deck.
- Use of the property's compactors is prohibited. Debris generated by contractors/vendors/movers must be carried offsite for disposal.
- Smoking or use of tobacco products is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the loading dock and in the building. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the designated areas - parking levels P8 & P9.
- The Dock Master is NOT permitted to accept or sign for packages or other deliveries.
Dock and Freight Elevator Specifications
The clearance height of the dock entrance is 14 ft., 2 in. The loading dock is equipped with three (3) bay areas that can facilitate most vehicles of any standard length:
Bay 1 = 53 ft., 10.5 in.
Bays 2 & 3 = 29 ft., 4 in.

A cased opening surrounds the freight elevator. Please consider these dimensions, in addition to the interior dimensions of the elevator, when moving large items.
